eVSM or Electronic Value Stream Mapping Software is a complete tool kit for different map types. It improves streams of any manufacturing, processing, transactional, supply network and healthcare enterprise unit by capturing, analysing, prioritizing and improve value stream with eVSM.
Client’s Challenges
eVSM is developed using .NET technology. The employees need to be trained to use this software. Obtaining platform for the learning is the key challenge faced by the Company.
Solution Implemented
eVSM offers the solution for client requirements by offering the eLeanor software. eLeanor software helps the employees in:
- Installing software on the computer with internet connectivity for trainees.
- Providing the courses based on different skills. The lessons in these courses make the trainee understand the basics.
- Trainees learn different skills and then solve the exercises for better understanding using eLeanor software. These exercises can be solved either during or after the course ompletion.
- The trainee’s activities are logged on the server through API specially developed for the purpose.
- After the completion of the course, the trainees are provided with the skill completion certificate with different Grades.
- All the activities can be monitored by Admin through Admin panel for which reports can also be created.
